Lucy: No, what?
Kate: Well she has been badmouthing your boyfriend and spreading rumors about you, too.
Lucy: Like what?
Kate: You remember you got an A on the math exam? Well, she said she had seen you cheating on the exam. According to her, you had the answers in your pencil case.
Lucy: No way! Pamela is such a fake. She's always making up something about somebody. I never cheated on the math exam. If anyone had cheated, it would have been her. She's been caught cheating before.
Kate: I know. I think it's probably because she's jealous of you and Rob. She's always talking about him. I think she's in love with him. You should start a rumor about her.
Lucy: I don't think so. That would make me just as bad. If she's in love with Rob, that's her problem.
Kate: I guess.
Lucy: Anyway, what are you doing tonight? Would you like to come over and watch some DVDs?
Kate: That would be great. How about we order pizza, too?
