Jerry: Are you looking forward to(go) to Athens this summer?
Mike: Yeah, it should be great. You have been there, haven't you?
Jerry: Yes, Two years ago.
Mike: Do you have any advice for me?
Jerry: Well, although most people speak English, it is important(learn) a few key phrases like "Thank you" and "How much?" You can learn some phrases by(buy) a simple phrase book. In fact I could lend you mine.
Mike: Thanks. That would be helpful. Is it hard(get) around the city?
Jerry: It is, so it's important(try) and work out the transport system because it's quite complicated. I used(get) up really early to avoid(have) to deal with all the traffic and other tourist. I'd usually star my day by(see) all the old ruins because any time after 11 o'clock they would be overrun by tourist and it does get really hot.
Mike: OK. What places can you recommend?
Jerry: Well obviously it's worth(see) the Acropolis. I would also recommend(check) out the new Olympic stadium.
Mike: Cool. So what are you doing this summer?
Jerry: I have to help in my dad's store. Should be fun!
